Terms & Conditions
Companies may require fresher, intern or student candidates to undergo a 7 to 10 days unpaid evaluation period before making a final decision on job or internship offer.
If you don't get an internship from Growvy reference, this fee is 100% refundable.
If Growvy decides not to continue with the candidates after the evaluation period, the recruitment fee will not be refunded. However, Growvy will ensure the candidate receives a job training certificate for said period.
If the candidate is confirmed for a job by Growvy, the recruitment firm will not be held responsible for any subsequent issues that arise from the company.
If the candidate is unable to continue the job or internship or wishes to terminate the recruitment agreement with Growvy for personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded.
