Platform Fee Refund Terms

At Growvy, we believe in complete transparency. The platform fee covers administrative and operational costs associated with processing your application, verifying your receipt, scheduling evaluations, and maintaining the career portal.

100% Refundable

The platform fee is 100% refundable if your application is rejected by Growvy without personal reason.

When is the fee refunded?

  • If your application is rejected by Growvy without personal reason.
  • If you don't receive an internship or job offer from Growvy after completing the evaluation process.
  • If Growvy decides not to continue with your candidacy after the evaluation period (you will still receive a training certificate).

When is the fee not refunded?

  • If you choose to withdraw your application for personal reasons.
  • If you are confirmed for a role and then decide not to continue.
  • If you fail to complete the evaluation period without valid reason.
  • If fraudulent information is provided in your application.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the decision is communicated.
  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or account used for the platform fee.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Evaluation Period

The initial 7-10 days evaluation period is unpaid. After successful confirmation, interns may receive a monthly stipend and job candidates receive a competitive salary based on their role and performance.
